This is an independent project and is not affiliated with Uber. It’s not a complaints channel, not a place to shame riders, and not a way to manipulate or game the platform. The focus is on sharing practical, experience-based advice that helps make everyday rides smoother for everyone.

A driver-led project built by people who care about making everyday rides work better — through clarity, not confrontation.
This project was created by Louis Halpern, who believes most friction on platforms comes from misunderstanding, not bad intent.
Drivers often know exactly what makes a ride work — but that knowledge rarely reaches riders. This site exists to change that, one short video at a time.
